Why I built
Plus Creative.

For as long as I can remember, I've worked alongside founders. Somewhere along the way I realised I had a knack for it. I could sit with someone, hear the idea they were chasing, and actually see it. Not just the idea, but what they were really trying to build and why it mattered to them. Then I could find the way to make it real.

People called me the visionary. The truth is I was seeing their vision, and understanding it on a level that helped them move. That's the unlock I bring, and it's why Plus exists.

I never wanted to run the agency that hands over a logo and disappears. I wanted to be the partner who's in it with you, part of the team, there for the whole journey. Whether it's creative, AI or just thinking differently about what's possible, I want to be the person you can lean on, no matter what.

Getting here took me a while. I'm self-taught in everything I do, and for a long time that made me doubt whether I'd earned the word founder. So I did the work, all of it. I learned how to run a brand, build a business, and think creatively and strategically about any problem you put in front of me. Somewhere in that I stopped doubting and started owning it.

What still gets me out of bed is the idea stage. That first spark, when someone tells me what they want to build. I get excited about it, I believe in it, and I believe they can turn it into something real: money in the bank, a better lifestyle, a better experience for their own customers. My job is to take that idea and make it possible, set the outrageous goal, and make sure you never feel alone on the way to it.
