Who we are

Plus Creative (pluscreative.com.au) is an Australian creative and digital agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

What you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company, industry and anything you write in your message. When you book a call through our booking page we collect your name, email and the time you choose. When you email us, we keep the correspondence.

What's collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the site. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't use cookies to profile you.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule and run calls, deliver work you engage us for, and manage our business. We don't sell personal information, and we won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make this site work: Vercel (website hosting), Amazon Web Services (email delivery, Sydney region), Cal.com (call bookings) and Google (font files, which means Google receives your IP address when fonts load). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. Beyond that, we only disclose personal information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence while they're relevant to working together. If you'd like something deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

Access, corrections and complaints

You can ask us any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@pluscreative.com.au. If you have a privacy concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
